What will help you sell your plane?

In the following, you need to give your preliminary information, like when you completed your Challenger, when it was FAA inspected and any other positive information about your plane.

Secondly, it really helps if you explain why you have placed your baby up for sale.

This is followed with "ALL" of the options on your plane, don't leave anything out as the buyer really would like to know how she is equipped. Then immediately followed with any modifications you made to your plane. Send several photos of your plane and any of special interest to a potential buyer. Be sure to send an attractive photo of your plane for the beginning of your sales page as this will be the very first thing the potential buyer will see.

Although you do not have to justify the price you are asking, it may help if the buyer has an idea as to how much you have wrapped up in her.

Just 16 days!

My Challenger was completed on November 11, 2005 and FAA inspected by lead FAA inspector Mr. Jim Wesley from the Kansas City, MO FSDO office on November 18, 2005 who told me he was impressed with my workmanship after the inspection. Test flight was conducted by Challenger dealer, Mr. George Hurt, who told me after the test flight it is good "AS-IS", don't make any changes.

George Hurt would stop by about every two months during the building to inspect my progress and offer any advice on building. So, I was luckier then most that I had a 12 year veteran builder/dealer to coach me along the way.

So, why am I selling my baby? Unfortunately I recently had a heart attack, followed with a 3-way heart bypass operation. The resulting hospital and surgeons bill is just over $70,000.00 leaving me with no way out, other then to sell my life long dream plane. :-(
