Aircraft serial no. 028730220 was built by the original owner in 1987. Flown approx 500 hrs. and sold to the second owner. I purchased the aircraft in 2007 as a project to certify it as ELSA. It has been completely inspected to assure compliance with certification requirements. It is confirmed to be factory original throughout, no modifications, no damage. Some minor scratches. N640RS was certified ELSA 9-1-2007, and FAA Airworthiness approved 1-15-2008.
